            — WASHINGTON (Reuters) - South Korean President Roh Moon-hyun 
            will come to Washington in May on his first official visit to the 
            United States, South Korean Foreign Minister Yoon Young-kwan told 
            reporters on Friday.
             "We discussed ... how we can strengthen our bilateral alliance 
            relationship and how we can prepare for the coming summit in May," 
            the minister told reporters after talks at the State Department with 
            Secretary of State Colin Powell. 
            A senior U.S. official said he could not give the exact date for 
            the visit.
